Today’s photo: sun (shinning on the gold dome of the State House)

Random fact: There is a sign outside of the State House that says “What’s inside the Gold Dome?” When I first moved here, I took the sign quite literally and would read it each day as I walked passed and wonder “What was inside the Gold Dome? Was it hollow? Solid? Was it really made of gold? Was there candy inside?” And then one day I took the time to skim over the long paragraph that follows that mythical question and came to realize it was simply referring to the State House and all of the (boring) legislative stuff that goes on inside the building each day. Yawn.
